During the registration and at the bottom of your Health report, you can give permission for your company doctor to view your report. If you give permission, this does not mean that your report will be sent to your company doctor automatically. This will only be done if the company doctor is part of the project. To find out if your company doctor is tied to the project, please ask your contact at your company. You can share your report (digitally on your smartphone/laptop or print a summary) with your company doctor.

General Practitioners can not view your results. If you want to share your report with your General Practitioner, we advise you to print the results to take with you.

You can find your specific advices in your account by clicking on ‘Aan de slag’ at the bottom of your Health Report, or through the menu by navigating to ‘Aan de slag’. You can read per subject what our advice is to you. You can choose if you want to take the advice or not.

You will receive a personal advice depending on your results. It is your decision if you want to follow up on the advice. You may also be referred to professional help or support. If you have an elevated risk (red profile) we would advise you to contact your general practitioner quickly. You can print for results from the Personal Heath Check to take with you to the appointment.

The results and personal advice are compiled in cooperation with several partners of the Personal Health Check (the partners being: Heart foundation, Kidney foundation, Diabetes funds, Lung funds, NHG, LHV, GGD, GHOR and NVAB) and a scientific council with Dutch knowledge institutes.
