If you are pregnant or were pregnant in the last six months, you cannot participate with the Personal Health Check. This is because some factors have changed temporarily which would mean that the report is not an accurate representation of your health and risk factors. Your participation will automatically be terminated in this case.

Six months after you have given birth you are of course more than welcome to participate. It would be a great moment to see what areas you need to pay attention to.

If you have accidentally mentioned that you are/were pregnant and this is not the case, please send an email to info@persoonlijkegezondheidscheck.nl so that the Servicedesk can change the settings of your participation and you can finish your registration.

If you do not have an account yet, you need to register first. To start the registration, click on ‘Start the Check’. If you have a voucher code, you can enter it during the registration. If you have already registered, you can log in using your username and password.
